How do I order online?

We've made the online ordering process easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select the item you want to order (use the tabs on our main page, or select by award type or sport type - and then click on the figure that best suits your needs)
  2. Enter your desired quantity
  3. Write the lettering (eg: Eagles Soccer Team; 2004) that will appear on all trophies
  4. Write the variable infromation (eg: Scott Kremolak; Susan Sarphin; Most Valuable Player; Most Improved Player) that will differ from trophy to trophy
  5. Choose the next item you want - or go to check out
  6. Complete our easy-to-follow shipping and billing information
  7. Let us know how you heard about us (eg: yellow pages; internet search; referral, etc.)
  8. Select the "Place Order" tab
  9. Expect your order to be shipped in 3 business days

Is online ordering secure?

Yes. Like you, the thought of risk with respect to our personal and financial information is very troublesome. So, we have taken the precautions to ensure that all order and financial information is safe. See our security policy.

Should I be home at time of delivery?

If you opt for Ground UPS (our default delivery option), you typically do not have to be home to receive the package. They will drop it off (unless they perceive chance of theft is high). However, if you want express delivery, you will typically either have to be home, or sign the authorization form they'll leave at your door to have them leave it at your door.

What if I want to return an item?

Our products are guaranteed. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you may return if for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service department, and we will arrange a return of your purchase price.
